MEET the TEAM
Wayne Taiji
Co-founder and Vice President of Taiji Brand Group, Wayne oversees our visual media team at Taiji Media. With over 30 years of experience in strategic brand consulting, he is adept at producing and directing visual storytelling in an impactful way for organizations.
With his extensive background and wisdom, Wayne plays a crucial role in conducting formal interviews, ensuring that the voices and stories of our clients are captured authentically and respectfully. His depth of strategic insight combined with a gentle, patient interviewing style puts everyone at ease allowing individuals to share their narratives openly and honestly.
Wayne says he has gained most of his wisdom from being in a co-creative business partnership and raising 6 children together with his wife Caroll.
Nik West
He has been working as a photographer since 1998 and as a videographer since 2008 and enjoys the experiences of meeting new people and exploring new places while capturing stunning images.
Nik has a keen eye for lighting, composition, and what makes an image stand out from the rest.
He is based in Victoria, BC with his wife and two kids and is stoked on creating impactful visual content for a diverse clientele.
